We ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Most orders are shipped in 5 to 10 working days after being received,Unless other wise noted, If the item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know and do our best to ship it as soon as we can. Most Lage Furniture Is shipped Home Direct. Home Direct is a network of Delivery companies which specialize in moving furniture. Please allow up to 2 weeks in transit. Home Direct offers 2 different service levels; Bronze and Platinum.

Bronze Service - (Drop-off) includes delivery to the first dry location inside threshold or garage)

Platinum Service- (Delivery and Set-up) includes inside placement, two flights of stairs, Unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly limited to 30 minutes any and all additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages: • Even with all of our efforts to package our product so that they get to your customer safely, Occasionally we are faced with dealing with a customer who has a damaged product. • INSPECT CONTENTS OF BOX UPON DELIVERY. • If damage does occur your please notify us immediately. be very specific about the damage. Note any external damage to the box (holes, Tears, dents, etc.). Look especially closely at the corners of the box. Damage may not be Obvious, like crushed corners or sides that have rebounded. If contents are damaged please keep the shipping box and packing for inspection by the shipper. You must notify us of any damage within 1 day of receipt. Often we will request digital photos of the damage to prove the claim. These must also be received within the first 24 hours. • Quick notification will ensure that we will be able to process your claim successfully. Our carriers all have very short windows for filling freight claims; if we do not make their deadlines we cannot process a request for replacement of damaged goods on a no charge basis.
